Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund if:

• You request a refund within 7 days of enrollment
• You have completed less than 50% of the course
• The course content is significantly different from what was advertised
• You experience technical issues that prevent course access

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

• More than 7 days have passed since enrollment
• You have completed more than 50% of the course
• A certificate of completion has already been issued
• The refund request is for a free course

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 2-3 business days.

Course Access After Refund

Upon approval of your refund, your access to the course will be immediately revoked and your enrollment record will be removed.
